Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Jarvisboyland by Victor Ubah. The price achieved of USD 11,340.00 (€ 11,591.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Victor Ubah have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work The Sitter was auctioned for USD 15,120.00 (€ 14,646.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jarvisboyland von Victor Ubah zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 11.340,00 (€ 11.591,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
