Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition, 1987 by Vera Molnar was auctioned at Bonhams in Brussels in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 384.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vera Molnar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 in April last year with an auction result of USD 138,600.00 (€ 131,536.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition, 1987 von Vera Molnar kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Brüssel zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 384,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vera Molnar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 131.536,49).
