Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Vera Molnar achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in October last year. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Segments Inclinés - 1984 sold for EUR 5,510.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vera Molnar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 in April last year with an auction result of USD 138,600.00 (€ 131,536.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vera Molnar erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online wurde die Arbeit Segments Inclinés - 1984 für EUR 5.510,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vera Molnar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 131.536,49).
