Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work A Group Of Seven Photographs Documenting Performances, 1982-1983 by Vadim Zakharov for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,695.70). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vadim Zakharov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Baroque in October 2008 with an auction result of GBP 61,250.00 (€ 78,071.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Group Of Seven Photographs Documenting Performances, 1982-1983 von Vadim Zakharov für GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.695,70) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vadim Zakharov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Baroque im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 61.250,00 (€ 78.071,77).
