Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Untitled 05.14", 2005 by Uta Barth was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. The price achieved of SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,207.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Uta Barth have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (02.4) in May 2006 with an auction result of USD 38,400.00 (€ 29,922.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Untitled 05.14", 2005 von Uta Barth kam im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.207,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Uta Barth auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (02.4) im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 38.400,00 (€ 29.922,86).
