Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ursula Sax was auctioned at Grisebach in December 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ursula Sax - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Danzante I., which sold at auction in July 2020 for EUR 10,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ursula Sax kam im Dezember 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ursula Sax mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Danzante I. beobachtet, die im Juli 2020 für EUR 10.000,00 versteigert wurde.
