Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composizione by Umberto Mastroianni was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque auction at Sothebys in Milan in May 2007. The price achieved of EUR 2,280.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Umberto Mastroianni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Folgorazione, which sold at auction in May 2007 for EUR 5,040.00.

Die Arbeit Composizione von Umberto Mastroianni wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.280,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
