Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ulf Wahlberg could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary auction, the work "AFX/3 II" changed hands for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 3,288.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ulf Wahlberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "National hot rod association", which sold at auction in May 2012 for SEK 82,000.00 (€ 8,661.60).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ulf Wahlberg konnte im Mai 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary wechselte die Arbeit "AFX/3 II" für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 3.288,12) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ulf Wahlberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "National hot rod association" beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für SEK 82.000,00 (€ 8.661,60) versteigert wurde.
