Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September last year Bonhams in London held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work Pattern Makers by Tunji Adeniyi-Jones. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,187.50 (€ 3,627.68). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tunji Adeniyi-Jones achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pattern Makers in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 302,400.00 (€ 358,262.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pattern Makers von Tunji Adeniyi-Jones zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.187,50 (€ 3.627,68) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tunji Adeniyi-Jones erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pattern Makers im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 302.400,00 (€ 358.262,33).
