Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Flashy Encounter by Tunji Adeniyi-Jones was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in September last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 701.25 (€ 798.09). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tunji Adeniyi-Jones achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pattern Makers in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 302,400.00 (€ 358,262.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Flashy Encounter von Tunji Adeniyi-Jones wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 701,25 (€ 798,09) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tunji Adeniyi-Jones erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pattern Makers im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 302.400,00 (€ 358.262,33).
