Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Tseng Yuho achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. In the A Special Selection of Asian 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction, the work Join Hands sold for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,851.39) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tseng Yuho have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Fishpond, Hawaii-Kai (Diptych) in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 725,000.00 (€ 85,317.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tseng Yuho erzielte im November 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion A Special Selection of Asian 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Day Sale) wurde die Arbeit Join Hands für HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.851,39) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tseng Yuho auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Fishpond, Hawaii-Kai (Diptych) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 725.000,00 (€ 85.317,46).
