This artwork by Toti Scialoja achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2012. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans Titre, 1958 sold for EUR 2,831.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toti Scialoja achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Metamorfosi in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 75,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 89 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Toti Scialoja erzielte im März 2012 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1958 für EUR 2.831,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toti Scialoja erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Metamorfosi im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 75.800,00.
