Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work "The Clash", 1977 by Torbjörn Calvero for SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,326.09). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Torbjörn Calvero have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Jimmy Page - Led Zeppelin, Earl's Court, London 23 maj 1975" in April last year with an auction result of SEK 75,000.00 (€ 7,260.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "The Clash", 1977 von Torbjörn Calvero für SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.326,09) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Torbjörn Calvero auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Jimmy Page - Led Zeppelin, Earl's Court, London 23 maj 1975" im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 75.000,00 (€ 7.260,13).
