The result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 88,999.64) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tom Lovell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Catchers of Wild Horses, which sold at auction in October 2020 for USD 312,500.00 (€ 268,309.44).
