This artwork by Timo Nasseri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in July 2015. In the First Open/ NYC auction, the work One and One #5 sold for USD 12,500.00 (€ 11,334.78) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Timo Nasseri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Epistrophy Mt1 in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 134,500.00 (€ 103,796.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Timo Nasseri erzielte im Juli 2015 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion First Open/ NYC wurde die Arbeit One and One #5 für USD 12.500,00 (€ 11.334,78) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Timo Nasseri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Epistrophy Mt1 im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 134.500,00 (€ 103.796,88).
