The work Simorgh by Timo Nasseri was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in March 2017. The auction ended at the price of USD 25,000.00 (€ 23,368.85), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Timo Nasseri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Epistrophy Mt1 in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 134,500.00 (€ 103,796.88).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Simorgh von Timo Nasseri kam im März 2017 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 23.368,85) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Timo Nasseri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Epistrophy Mt1 im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 134.500,00 (€ 103.796,88).
