Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kandinskis Hill by Thomas Zipp was auctioned at Christies in London in October last year. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,339.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Zipp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Medicine # 1“. in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 81,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kandinskis Hill von Thomas Zipp kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 7.339,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Thomas Zipp erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Medicine # 1“. im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 81.250,00.
