Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year VAN HAM held the auction Thinking in 3-Dimensions | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Löwenzahn. by Thomas Stimm. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 521.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Thomas Stimm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blume. in May this year with an auction result of EUR 4,165.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Thinking in 3-Dimensions | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Löwenzahn. von Thomas Stimm zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 521,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Thomas Stimm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blume. im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.165,00.
