The work The artist's studio by Thomas Ryan was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2007. It achieved a price of GBP 2,880.00 (€ 4,238.11), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 44%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thomas Ryan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ryan's Garden, which sold at auction in May 2003 for GBP 7,767.50 (€ 10,822.08).

Die Arbeit The artist's studio von Thomas Ryan kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.880,00 (€ 4.238,11) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44%. Für andere Arbeiten von Thomas Ryan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ryan's Garden beobachtet, die im Mai 2003 für GBP 7.767,50 (€ 10.822,08) versteigert wurde.
