Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 4,780.00 (€ 7,171.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Thomas Ryan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2003 the work Ryan's Garden was auctioned for GBP 7,767.50 (€ 10,822.08).
