The work Seven etchings of caricatures of Florentine individuals , each named, No. 2 - No. 8, with contemporary (autograph?) by Thomas Patch was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2000. It achieved a price of GBP 4,465.00 (€ 7,471.31), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Patch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A View Of The River Arno With The Ponte Alle Grazie, Florence in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 433,000.00 (€ 291,759.32).

Die Arbeit Seven etchings of caricatures of Florentine individuals , each named, No. 2 - No. 8, with contemporary (autograph?) von Thomas Patch kam im September 2000 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.465,00 (€ 7.471,31) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Thomas Patch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A View Of The River Arno With The Ponte Alle Grazie, Florence im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 433.000,00 (€ 291.759,32).
