Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Mediterranean Seaport With Fisherfolk In The Foreground by Thomas Patch was sold in the Old Masters Part II auction at Christies in New York in April 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 18,703.24). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Patch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A View Of The River Arno With The Ponte Alle Grazie, Florence in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 433,000.00 (€ 291,759.32).
