Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2017 Christies in London held the auction Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite and British Impressionist Art, which included the work La Bella Andaluza by Thomas Cantrell Dugdale. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,527.31) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Thomas Cantrell Dugdale have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2021 the work Algernon Talmage, Robin Feild, A.K. Browning and Edith Leppard on a summer's afternoon at Bossinney Court, Cornwall was auctioned for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,249.45).

Im Juli 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Victorian, Pre-Raphaelite and British Impressionist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Bella Andaluza von Thomas Cantrell Dugdale zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.527,31) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Thomas Cantrell Dugdale konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2021 die Arbeit Algernon Talmage, Robin Feild, A.K.
