Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dragon (Folding Screen) by Sofu Teshigahara was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. It changed hands for a price of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 34,292.70) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Other works by Sofu Teshigahara have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2016 the work Setsugetsu Ka - Snow Moon Flower (Hexaptych Folding Screens) was auctioned for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 49,290.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dragon (Folding Screen) von Sofu Teshigahara kam im April 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 34.292,70) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Sofu Teshigahara konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2016 die Arbeit Setsugetsu Ka - Snow Moon Flower (Hexaptych Folding Screens) für HKD 437.500,00 (€ 49.290,93) versteigert.
