Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year China Guardian held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Tao Yiqing. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 42,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 48,000.00 (€ 5,804.69). Admittedly, works by Tao Yiqing have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Countryside Landscape in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 43,825.38).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte China Guardian die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Tao Yiqing zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 42.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 48.000,00 (€ 5.804,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tao Yiqing auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Countryside Landscape im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 43.825,38).
