Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spring Mountains by Tang Yin was sold in the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 3,304,000.00 (€ 348,624.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 2,800,000.00 – 4,800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tang Yin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mountain In Autumn in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 23,150,000.00 (€ 2,820,982.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spring Mountains von Tang Yin wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 3.304.000,00 (€ 348.624,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 2.800.000,00 – 4.800.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tang Yin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mountain In Autumn im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 23.150.000,00 (€ 2.820.982,23).
