Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spiritism Poem by Tang Yin was sold in the Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in November 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 11,305,000.00 (€ 1,377,589.81) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 8,000,000.00 – 12,000,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tang Yin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountain In Autumn, which sold at auction in November 2016 for HKD 23,150,000.00 (€ 2,820,982.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spiritism Poem von Tang Yin wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 11.305.000,00 (€ 1.377.589,81) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 8.000.000,00 – 12.000.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Tang Yin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mountain In Autumn beobachtet, die im November 2016 für HKD 23.150.000,00 (€ 2.820.982,23) versteigert wurde.
