A top price for Tang Yin
This artwork by Tang Yin achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in November 2016. In the Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy auction, the work Mountain In Autumn sold for HKD 23,150,000.00 (€ 2,820,982.23) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 10,000,000.00. This high result makes Mountain In Autumn the most expensive artwork by Tang Yin that we have observed at auctions so far.
