This artwork by Tang Yin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. In the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings & Calligraphy auction, the work House under Pine Tree sold for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 50,566.91) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tang Yin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mountain In Autumn in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 23,150,000.00 (€ 2,820,982.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tang Yin erzielte im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings & Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit House under Pine Tree für HKD 437.500,00 (€ 50.566,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tang Yin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mountain In Autumn im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 23.150.000,00 (€ 2.820.982,23).
