A top price for Szabolcs Veres - as previously expected
The work Porthunt 12 by Szabolcs Veres was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. The price achieved of USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,246.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Porthunt 12 is the most expensive artwork by Szabolcs Veres that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Porthunt 12 von Szabolcs Veres kam im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.500,00 (€ 2.246,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
