Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Sune Jonsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Elimkapellet i Vinliden, Lycksele", 1994 changed hands for SEK 8,500.00 (€ 822.81) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sune Jonsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Begravningsfölje, Nyåker, Nordmalings socken, 1956", ur "Byn med det blå huset" in June 2020 with an auction result of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,825.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sune Jonsson konnte im April letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Elimkapellet i Vinliden, Lycksele", 1994 für SEK 8.500,00 (€ 822,81) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sune Jonsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Begravningsfölje, Nyåker, Nordmalings socken, 1956", ur "Byn med det blå huset" im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.825,13).
