This artwork by Sudarshan Shetty achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in August 2020. In the Contemporary Art| London auction, the work without title sold for GBP 9,450.00 (€ 10,589.29) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sudarshan Shetty - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in September 2008 for USD 52,500.00 (€ 37,284.28).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Sudarshan Shetty erzielte im August 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art| London wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 9.450,00 (€ 10.589,29) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Sudarshan Shetty mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im September 2008 für USD 52.500,00 (€ 37.284,28) versteigert wurde.
