This work without title by Sudarshan Shetty was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2008. The price achieved of USD 52,500.00 (€ 37,284.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Sudarshan Shetty that we have observed at auctions so far.
