Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2013. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work Head Of A Woman sold for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,769.22) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Head Of A Woman, which sold at auction in June 2015 for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 88,124.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia erzielte im Juni 2013 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wurde die Arbeit Head Of A Woman für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.769,22) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Head Of A Woman beobachtet, die im Juni 2015 für GBP 62.500,00 (€ 88.124,22) versteigert wurde.
