Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2015. In the Russian Pictures Including Works on Paper by Natalia Goncharova and Mikhail Larionov auction, the work Female Bust sold for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 84,872.00) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 25,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Head Of A Woman sold at auction in June 2015 with the realized price of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 88,124.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia erzielte im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures Including Works on Paper by Natalia Goncharova and Mikhail Larionov wurde die Arbeit Female Bust für GBP 62.500,00 (€ 84.872,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 25.000,00.
