Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 16,380.00 (€ 19,231.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stanisław Żukowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Interior Of The Picture Gallery, Pavlovsk in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 265,250.00 (€ 335,284.89).
