Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stanisław Żukowski could be acquired at Sothebys in London in June 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Russian Art Day Sale auction, the work Interior Of The Picture Gallery, Pavlovsk changed hands for GBP 92,500.00 (€ 115,574.32) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stanisław Żukowski - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Interior Of The Picture Gallery, Pavlovsk, which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 265,250.00 (€ 335,284.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
