Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Autumn River by Stanisław Żukowski was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in November 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 61,250.00 (€ 74,055.85). Admittedly, works by Stanisław Żukowski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Interior Of The Picture Gallery, Pavlovsk in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 265,250.00 (€ 335,284.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Autumn River von Stanisław Żukowski wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 61.250,00 (€ 74.055,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stanisław Żukowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Interior Of The Picture Gallery, Pavlovsk im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 265.250,00 (€ 335.284,89).
