Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2012 Artcurial held the auction Modern Art 2, which included the work La Coupeuse De Pommes, 1956 by Stanislas Lepri. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,861.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stanislas Lepri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'homme au visage craquelé in May last year with an auction result of GBP 20,160.00 (€ 23,716.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2012 führte Artcurial die Auktion Modern Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Coupeuse De Pommes, 1956 von Stanislas Lepri zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.861,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stanislas Lepri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'homme au visage craquelé im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.160,00 (€ 23.716,32).
