Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Likfärden" by Staffan Hallström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 64,000.00 (€ 6,213.54) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Staffan Hallström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 1,500,000.00 (€ 168,823.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Likfärden" von Staffan Hallström kam im Mai 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 64.000,00 (€ 6.213,54) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Staffan Hallström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.500.000,00 (€ 168.823,04).
