In November 2019 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Woman against red background" (Kvinna mot röd bakgrund) by Staffan Hallström. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,894.91) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Staffan Hallström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 1,500,000.00 (€ 168,823.04).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2019 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Woman against red background" (Kvinna mot röd bakgrund) von Staffan Hallström zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.894,91) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Staffan Hallström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.500.000,00 (€ 168.823,04).
