Auction result misses estimated price range
In May last year a collector was able to acquire the work "Möss" by Staffan Hallström for SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,053.58). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Staffan Hallström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 1,500,000.00 (€ 168,823.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Möss" von Staffan Hallström für SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.053,58) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Staffan Hallström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Ingens hundar" (Nobody's dogs) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.500.000,00 (€ 168.823,04).
