In December 2021 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Art Day Sale, which included the work Dinamika Legong (The Dynamics of Legong) by Srihadi Soedarsono. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 812,500.00 (€ 92,032.60), 35% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Srihadi Soedarsono have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dalam Meditasi Bedhoyo Ketawang (State Of Meditation - Bedhoyo Ketawang) in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 3,500,000.00 (€ 383,472.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dinamika Legong (The Dynamics of Legong) von Srihadi Soedarsono zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 812.500,00 (€ 92.032,60) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Srihadi Soedarsono auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dalam Meditasi Bedhoyo Ketawang (State Of Meditation - Bedhoyo Ketawang) im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.500.000,00 (€ 383.472,06).
