Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bath Of Consolation by Song Yonghong was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. The price achieved of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 5,582.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Yonghong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Production Line in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 2,180,000.00 (€ 189,450.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bath Of Consolation von Song Yonghong kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.400,00 (€ 5.582,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Yonghong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Production Line im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.180.000,00 (€ 189.450,10).
