Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bath Of Consolation No.8 by Song Yonghong was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2008. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 7,628.92) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Song Yonghong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Production Line in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 2,180,000.00 (€ 189,450.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bath Of Consolation No.8 von Song Yonghong kam im Oktober 2008 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 7.628,92) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Song Yonghong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Production Line im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.180.000,00 (€ 189.450,10).
