Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pine Trees And A Hut by Song Baochun was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2015. The price achieved of USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,491.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Song Baochun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scholars On A Boat in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 26,379.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pine Trees And A Hut von Song Baochun kam im März 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.750,00 (€ 3.491,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Song Baochun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scholars On A Boat im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 26.379,00).
