Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Song Baochun was sold in the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 63,250.00 (€ 5,882.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 55,000.00 – 68,000.00. Admittedly, works by Song Baochun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scholars On A Boat in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 26,379.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Song Baochun wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 63.250,00 (€ 5.882,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 55.000,00 – 68.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Song Baochun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scholars On A Boat im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 26.379,00).
