Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Diorama Map Rio de Janeiro by Sohei Nishino was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in London in November last year. The price achieved of GBP 40,320.00 (€ 46,721.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 35,000.00 – 55,000.00. Other works by Sohei Nishino have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2020 the work Diorama Map Istanbul was auctioned for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 75,808.05).

Die Arbeit Diorama Map Rio de Janeiro von Sohei Nishino wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 40.320,00 (€ 46.721,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 35.000,00 – 55.000,00 angegeben worden.
