Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 31,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sohei Nishino - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Diorama Map Istanbul, which sold at auction in September 2020 for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 75,808.05).

Die Arbeit Diorama Of Paris, 2009 von Sohei Nishino kam im November 2018 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 31.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
