Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Sofu Teshigahara achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2007. In the Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! auction, the work Tableau graphisme sold for EUR 1,560.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sofu Teshigahara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Setsugetsu Ka - Snow Moon Flower (Hexaptych Folding Screens) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 437,500.00 (€ 49,290.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sofu Teshigahara erzielte im März 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! wurde die Arbeit Tableau graphisme für EUR 1.560,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sofu Teshigahara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Setsugetsu Ka - Snow Moon Flower (Hexaptych Folding Screens) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 437.500,00 (€ 49.290,93).
